Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes, we deliver nationwide through our partner couriers.

 

How much is the shipping cost?

We offer Free Delivery within Metro Manila for orders above Php. 10,000.00. For deliveries outside Metro Manila, shipping cost will vary depending on the size or weight of the item. You may refer here for the complete Delivery Informaton.

 

How long before I receive the item(s)?

For Pick up and Express Delivery, you will receive the items on the same day. This service is available for products that are in stock, and when the order is placed and paid before 11:00am, otherwise, it will be on the following day.

For standard delivery, orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business day (Monday through Friday except holidays). Delivery within Metro Manila will be received on the day of shipping while deliveries outside Metro Manila will arrive within 3-14 business days, depending on your location. 

We will inform you of a revised delivery time if: 

  • the order is for a particularly large volume
  • the items ordered require assembly before shipping
  • there are any other issues that would effect next day delivery

 

 Can I exchange a product or request for a refund?

Absolutely! If you feel that your item is too big and or too small or does not fit your space, feel free to contact us within 7 days after you received your item(s) to arrange for an exchange or request for a refund.
